Smart Send for AI agents
Smart Send gives AI agents two things: a hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) server and a Skill. The MCP server lets an agent book real shipments, compare rates, find service points, validate addresses, and track parcels on your behalf. The Skill teaches the agent how to use those tools well for shipping and e-commerce. Every agent action uses the same account and carrier connections you already use in the platform. You can install the MCP server and the Skill on their own, or get both at once with our Claude plugin, which bundles them.What we offer agents

MCP vs Skills
The MCP server and the Skill solve different problems, and they work best together. The MCP server gives an agent authenticated access to the Smart Send system — the tools it calls to find delivery options, book shipments, and track parcels, all against your real account and carrier connections. The Skill gives an agent the knowledge of how to use that access well in the context of shipping and e-commerce — which tool to reach for, what data to include, and the conventions that keep bookings correct. A Skill without the MCP server is a manual with nothing to operate. The MCP server without the Skill is capability without direction.
