The disruption affected PostNord shipment booking across all platforms — not only Smart Send — and impacted all PostNord customers.PostNord has not reported a root cause. Started: January 6, 2026Some PostNord service points were missing from the list of available pickup points during checkout.The cause was traced to our daily synchronization, where some pickup points failed validation and were dropped from the dataset. We have corrected the handling, and everything is now back to normal.Impact: Some PostNord pickup points were not displayed in the list of available pickup points during checkout.
