Connecting a carrier to Smart Send authorizes us to communicate directly with the carrier on your behalf. This connection allows Smart Send to:
- Book shipments using your carrier agreement.
- Track parcels and update shipment statuses.
- Generate shipping labels and required documents.
- Access carrier-specific features and rates.
Your credentials are used securely to enable these features. You remain in control of your carrier agreements and can manage or remove connections at any time in the dashboard.
