Carrier connections are added to the Team allowing all members to use the same carrier agreements and settings.

What are carrier connections?

Before you can start booking shipments, you need to connect your carrier(s) to our platform. Carrier connections allow you to authorize us to register your shipments with the carrier, at which point a tracking number is assigned and the required shipping documents are created.
Need a carrier agreement? If you don’t yet have a carrier agreement, we’ll happily assist you with choosing the correct carrier for your needs. Contact our support team for personalized recommendations.

Managing carrier connections

Carrier connections are managed in the dashboard by navigating to Carrier Accounts. For details on connecting to a particular carrier, see the carrier-specific guides below: Hello world! This is my content I want to reuse across pages.

Managing existing connections

To update or remove carrier connections:
  1. Navigate to Carrier Accounts
  2. Find the connection you want to modify
  3. Click Edit to update credentials or settings
  4. Click Remove to delete the connection
Removing a carrier connection affects all team members and may break existing shipping workflows.
