Automatic tracking emails
Enable automatic tracking emails to notify customers when their shipments are booked. When enabled, customers receive an email containing their tracking number and a link to track their package immediately after booking. To configure automatic tracking emails:- Login to the the Smart Send dashboard at https://app.smartsend.io
- Navigate to Settings → Manage Settings
- Check the Send tracking email option to enable automatic emails
Tracking emails are sent immediately after a shipment is successfully booked with the carrier.
Address book management
Automatically add new receivers to your address book to build a database of customer addresses. This feature is particularly useful when using the manual booking form, as it helps maintain a comprehensive list of shipping destinations. To configure automatic address book addition:- Login to the the Smart Send dashboard at https://app.smartsend.io
- Navigate to Settings → Manage Settings
- Check the Save to address book per default option to enable automatic saving
New receivers are automatically added to your address book when shipments are created through any booking method.
