How returns work

Just like booking an outgoing shipment, then you can book a return shipment
  1. Book a shipment using one of the return shipping methods
  2. Place the return label inside the parcel before shipping to your customer.
  3. If the customer needs to return the item, they attach the label and hand in the parcel at a carrier pickup point.
The most common return method in e-commerce is for customers to hand in their return parcel at a pickup point. This method is supported by all major carriers.
