Pickup point options
You have two configuration options for pickup points:
Select pickup point
- Customer choice: Customers can choose their preferred pickup location
- Interactive selection: Browse and select from available locations
- Best for: Customers who want control over pickup location
Closest pickup point
- Automatic selection: The pickup point is chosen by the carrier when booking the label
- No customer interaction: System automatically selects the nearest location
- Best for: Simplified checkout process
