After installing the Smart Send app, you need to connect it to your Smart Send account to enable shipping functionality. You can either connect an existing Smart Send account or create a new account.

Connect to existing account

If you already have a Smart Send account:
  1. Open the Smart Send app in your Shopify admin
  2. Enter your API token in the connection form
  3. Click Connect to link your store
Your API token can be found in your Smart Send account under Settings > API tokens.

Create new account

If you don’t have a Smart Send account yet:
  1. Open the Smart Send app in your Shopify admin
  2. Select “Create new account”
  3. Enter your email and password for the new account
  4. Click Create and Connect
The password you enter will be used for your new Smart Send account. Make sure to use a strong, unique password.

Next steps

Once connected, you can:
  1. Configure your shipping methods
  2. Set up pickup points (optional)
  3. Create shipping labels
Your Shopify store is now connected to Smart Send and ready for configuration.
