Collaboration access allows Smart Send support staff to access your Shopify admin to help with app configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.

What is collaborator access?

Collaborator access is a secure way to grant temporary access to your Shopify stores Admin without sharing your personal login credentials. When you grant collaborator access, Smart Send team members can:
  • Install the Smart Send App
  • Configure the Smart Send App
  • Configure shipping
  • Configure product information like customs tariff codes
  • Troubleshoot integration issues
Collaborator access is temporary and can be revoked at any time. Smart Send staff will only access your store when working on your specific support case.

How to grant Collaborator Access

We can request access to your store once we know your unique myshopify url and have your Collaborator Request Code. See below how to get that information which should then be emailed to us. Once we have this information then we can request a Collaborator Access which you then need to accept before we are allowed access to your store.
