The Smart Send Shopify app integrates your store with our shipping platform, enabling you to:
  • Show pickup points directly in your checkout process
  • Create shipping labels automatically from orders
  • Track shipments with automatic customer notifications

How it works

Once installed and configured, the Smart Send app:
  1. Displays pickup points during checkout (if enabled)
  2. Links your shipping rates to specific carrier methods
  3. Generates shipping labels when you fulfill orders
  4. Sends tracking information to customers automatically

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:
  • A Shopify store with admin access
  • A Smart Send account (or create one during setup)
  • For pickup points: Shopify Advanced plan or higher (required for Carrier Service API)

Getting started

Follow these steps to set up your Shopify integration:
  1. Install the Smart Send app
  2. Connect to your Smart Send account
